East Lake joins the NEA celebration of Dr. Seuss' birthday with a preschool book drive and a Seuss trivia contest. NEA's event "Read Across America" is extended all this week for a collection of children's books to be added to the Little Eagles library. Participating 1st period classes have the chance to win a cookie party; granted to the 1st period class that collects the most books by Friday, March 5th.
Tonight is the College Fair in the cafeteria from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. Also tonight the newly tapped juniors will be inducted into the National Honor Society; congratulations to all.
There is a mandatory meeting at 7:00 tonight in the library for all Relay for Life team chaperones.
